Get a variety of cupcakes in different flavors, sizes, and colors.
Arrange the cupcakes in a fun and creative way.
Use props such as flowers, ribbon, or candy to add color and interest to your photo.
- Experiment with different angles and perspectives. Get close-ups of the frosting, or take pictures from above.
- Take advantage of natural lighting, or use artificial lighting to get the effect you want.
- Use a tripod if you can to keep your camera steady and avoid blurry photos.
Edit your photos to add finishing touches. Crop out distractions, adjust the brightness or contrast, or add text or effects.
Sprinkle Cupcakes During Shooting
If you want to add some extra fun and creativity to your cupcake photography, try sprinkling some colorful sprinkles onto your cupcakes while shooting! This will add an extra pop of color and make your photos really stand out. Just be sure to use non-toxic sprinkles that are safe to eat!
